Irvin Reyes is a transactional real estate attorney and an associate with the firm. Mr. Reyes’ practice focuses on commercial property transactions, real estate taxation, and affordable housing development. Mr. Reyes has successfully represented a diverse range of clients, including nonprofit organizations, developers, high-net-worth individuals, and local California counties, navigate the complexities of purchasing, selling, and transferring commercial real estate. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Reyes worked as a tax associate at a prominent Bay Area accounting firm, where he conducted federal and state tax credit studies and assisted in preparing corporate tax returns for emerging companies across the region. He also served as a summer fellow at Yale Law School’s Ludwig Center for Community and Economic Development, advising nonprofits on corporate governance and zoning compliance for mixed-use property acquisitions.
