Downs Pham & Kuei LLP proudly welcomes new senior counsel, Paula G. Atkinson to the Firm. Ms. Atkinson earned her undergraduate degree in Accounting and Finance from Baylor University and obtained her law degree from Columbia Law School. Prior to joining the Firm, she worked at several major AmLaw 100/200 law firms handling domestic and international transactions, and served as General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel for two public companies. Ms. Atkinson practices all aspects of real estate and corporate law, focusing on complex real estate transactions, financings, private equity, corporate governance, and large-scale M&A deals.
